Initially we will meet for a complimentary consultation (just contact us to arrange it). We will decide if hiring Lucky In Love as your wedding consultant is the perfect fit. I will then meet with the two of you to talk about what kind of wedding you desire and what your budget is. We will decide how much of your dream wedding can be produced on your budget.
Lucky In Love offers four unique consultation packages:
“Head Over Heels” (Creative Design)
Looking for a creative eye? Thinking of a theme wedding? Lucky In Love will bring your wedding to life.
You will want to set a mood and tone for your wedding; I will pull together the music, décor and lighting to create a beautiful ambience for your guests. I will work with you to choose a color scheme, decorative arrangements, table settings, linens and flowers. Enjoy creative assistance with invitation design, cake style, food selection and favors.
Lucky In Love will take care of decorating your ceremony and reception and will dismantle it all as well. Your family and friends will not soon forget the experience of your beautiful wedding!
“Love at First Sight” (Vendor Assistance)
For the couple who would like assistance with vendor selections, setting up vendor meetings and contract review. This can include the help you need finding a florist, an ice sculpture, a Marriage Commissioner, a jazz quartet, or a photographer. Or you may require assistance finding the right reception site, ceremony site, rentals, caterer, baker, videographers, or musicians.
Lucky In Love has established relationships with quality vendors who will help fulfill your wedding wishes.
“Forever and Ever” (Coordination Only)
This is for the couple who has planned everything for their wedding and would like onsite assistance for the wedding day. Lucky In Love will begin planning 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding day. This includes:
- Consultations leading up to the wedding day
- Onsite assistance at rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Creation of wedding day schedule
- Delivery of final payments to vendors
- Resolution of any unanticipated circumstances
“Only You” (From A to Z)
An inclusive package that takes care of every wedding feature. I will work very closely with the wedding couple to be sure you are getting just what you want. “Only You” includes my consultation for the following, but my consultation is not limited to this list. Being flexible is a top priority!
- Consultations via phone, email and in person
- Help with establishing a style for your wedding
- Support with setting and keeping a budget
- Invitation ordering/handling RSVP
- Research and booking of ceremony and reception sites
- Advice and assistance with creative design and arrangements
- Arranging caterer, florist, baker, limousine service etc.
- Pre-wedding day pampering at Fusion Wellness Spa
- Review and negotiation of all vendor contracts
- Full onsite assistance at rehearsal, ceremony and reception
